Scotty! Thankyou so much for sharing
It really has hit home for me too that we must follow our hearts…
How awesome is this quote!
‘When you spend your life doing what you love to do, you are nourishing your Soul. It matters not what you do, only that you love whatever you happen to do.’
- Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

This is who I am, my flow, my purpose.
It is so much fun being who I really am!
Cheers, Z.

…passion and purpose, yes. That motivates us, sets us in motion. Yet, intuition all by itself is not meant to lead us. We need to be the leaders, merely taking a helping clue from intuition, among many other things. We need to challenge our thoughts on occasion, use our intelligence, double check the facts, and correct our course; otherwise, we might be flowing with the wind of imagination, and people might feel we have mislead them… So, listen your intuition, but don’t take it for granted
Side note (to myself):
Seasonally shedding the old ’skins’, like a snake, is needed personal evolutionary process, although painful due to attachment to our carefully cultivated charisma, intellectual and physical persona (especially if we attract unquestioning, devoted followers). Such regular evolution through honest self-assessment (and assessment by experienced mentors), is needed to actually apply more effective new skills and knowledge of leadership as we develop them. Inert information by itself is never a knowledge…
